Connections with family, friends and the community provide us with happiness, security, support and a sense of purpose. It is important for our wellbeing to spend time with others, whether it’s going on a walk or meeting at a café.

Glen Eira has some great activities to help us live out our lives in the way we want to, with meaning, and connection, whatever our age or stage of life. We know it can be hard to find what ‘s out there and make connections in the community.

Our Community Connectors have local knowledge and can work together with you to find out what’s important to you and develop a plan that links you to practical supports and activities that interest you, in your local area.
